I'm not sure if today is the hottest day of the year, but if it isn't, it is really close.
Happy we went to the Good Neighbor Festival yesterday. The parade and carnival continues today, but we won't be participating.
Ironically, here we are trying on our winter clothing.
For finishing vegetable quest, Kai got this 654 piece LEGO man. We are working on it today...
And here is the finishing touch...
It is about 11 inches tall, and inside the hat is the little LEGO man, pulling the levers. It's kind of a fun design.
In the evening, we went to Shilagh's house for dinner. Heidi has known Shilagh longer than anyone in Madison (as far as I know). Her daughter Elobyn is 2.5 years old. She has a lot of fun toys in her backyard.

And she was not afraid of the cold water.
Shilagh lives on the west side of Madison - they call it west side because one day it was. Of course I took the drone.
